In this one-hour ethics CLE program, Dean Raymond will examine the lawyering lessons found in opinions of former Wisconsin Supreme Court Chief Justice Shirley Abrahamson and the applicable rules of professional conduct. In disciplinary and other cases, Justice Abrahamson discussed principles and examples of ethical practice relevant to today’s Wisconsin lawyer. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of ethical standards, principles of professional responsibility, and exemplary legal practice.
