In this one-hour ethics CLE program, Dean Raymond will examine lawyering lessons found in writings of the late Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Shirley Abrahamson. In opinions and other writings, Justice Abrahamson discussed practices and principles of lawyering and expressed views regarding lawyer discipline and the professional regulation of lawyers. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of ethical standards, principles of professional responsibility, and exemplary legal practice.
