The AWL Estate Planning Discussion Group will be hosting an in-person and virtual CLE featuring Helaina Metcalf. She will provide an update on the estate planning impacts of the "One Big Beautiful Bill" and trust planning with QSBS.
Helaina is an associate with Godfrey & Kahn and a member of the Estate Planning, Estate & Trust Administration practice. Her areas of practice include wills and trusts, marital property agreements, business succession planning, estate tax gifting strategies, fiduciary income taxation, estate and trust administration, and probate administration. She works with her clients to develop creative and individualized planning solutions to achieve their personal and financial goals in a tax efficient manner.
