First in our Spring Wellness Series!

Join attorneys Amanda Leipold and Krista LaFave Rosolino as they discuss briefly the benefits they have found through adding meditation into their daily lives. Then join us for a brief 15-minute guided meditation.

This will be a good practice for anyone new to meditation (or who has never tried it!) as well as a nice break for those who regularly meditate. It will be by Zoom, but completely optional whether you want to turn on your camera or participate in the conversation. All are welcome!
